A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is due at the time of booking. The reservation fee will be applied towards the total balance. The second 50% is due 14 days prior to the event.
Security deposits for rentals are refundable. rental security deposits will be refunded to the client after the client’s event date, less any deductions for damages. If the decorations are rendered unusable due to the damage, the security deposit will be kept.

Yes, for balloons garlands only! You are able to schedule a pickup time with us if you do not want to pay the delivery fee. We will not put the balloons in your car, so please come prepared with a large enough vehicle and space to transport your balloons.

The client will be charged a fee for any change request submitted after the contract is signed. no change requests will be accepted within two weeks of the client’s event date.
An event is ONLY considered “booked” after payment (50% reservation fee or full amount) is made by the due date indicated on service invoice. If the client allows quotes/invoice to expire, it is understood that the event date and time will be made available to other clients, and any discount or special promotion applied will be removed and invalid.
Remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled event.
We will help you pick out your colors! We won’t give you a product that doesn’t look good. If you are doubtful your colors will work, we will help you find the perfect combination.
Yes! We have some backdrops that you may rent from us. You are welcome to provide your own backdrop, however, we ask that you ensure it is sturdy before we arrive for the installation.
No. All sales at Charmed Moments Event Decor are final.
A Two-hour Minimum is required for any setup on-site. A 3-4 hour Minimum access is required for all BALLOON WALLS or jobs totaling $1,000 & up in the room/venue where the event will take place. Our delivery and installation charge fee depends on the location of the event and the complexity of the set-up. This requires additional working hours, travel time, truck rental and staff, in addition to careful work at the moment of handling our equipment.
Arrival – Access to event location must be secured and confirmed by client to ensure timely setup. Charmed Moments Event Decor will arrive onsite within the hour of installation time specified. Charmed Moments Event Decor CANNOT be held responsible for delays (or incomplete décor) if a reasonable amount of time is not allowed to complete décor services as described in this agreement.
Material Guarantee – All materials are guaranteed to be as specified by the manufacturer. If a supplier discontinues a product or manufacturer changes material type, Charmed Moments Event Decor reserves the right to make any last minute changes (at our discretion based on the availability of materials at the time of the event). We reserve the right to substitute an item of like kind and quality.
Rescheduling – If the weather or any situation prevents the balloon installation from taking place, the client may reschedule their installation at least 72 hours prior to their event without penalty. The client can reschedule their event within the next 365 calendar days, at the convenience of Charmed Moments Event Decor, without being charged a fee. You must notify us immediately in order to secure the new date. If we are not available, the below cancellation policy and fees will apply.
Cancellation — Client maintains the right to cancel at any time, however, a cancellation fee may apply if we purchased supplies to build your decor, started working on your décor or turned down other work to decorate your event. If an event is canceled one of the following fees applies:
All embellishments and framework are the property of Charmed Moments Event Decor and these items will be collected during the teardown of the event. The customer is fully responsible for providing timely access to the event area for strike and teardown. Should all equipment and materials not be available to retrieve from the location, the customer will be responsible for the replacement costs of the missing equipment or material. Removal/Strike fee is not charged if handled by the client. The client will be responsible for returning to us our equipment the next day after the event.
The client is responsible for all losses due to theft, vandalism, misplacement or damage. In the event that our equipment is damaged, misplaced, or stolen, the Client agrees to be billed for the repair or replacement cost of the item(s).
The heat frequently turns our glossy balloons to a matte finish. We prefer this look and think it enhance the balloon creation! During very high temperatures the balloons may pop in direct heat/sunlight.
We do not provide weather protection for the balloons. We suggest setting up a tent to shield the balloon structure if the weather is not the ideal condition.
We cannot guarantee the lifespan of our balloons, but we do guarantee your balloons will look their best for the duration of your day event!
